Refunds and Return Policy

At CYBER CURATE TECH, our Refund Policy is based on standardized practices that strictly follow industrial norms. We put up with fair assessment practices and all the refund claims are processed with vigilant parameters to make sure the decisions are justified and mutually agreeable. Our policies are treated with appropriate measures to settle different claims, originating from different assortments of needs and various business situations.
Coverage & Scope
This Refund Policy covers Cyber Curate Tech’s action and approach towards refunds. This Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Cyber Curate Tech does not own or control or of persons that Cyber Curate Tech does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which Cyber Curate Tech’s websites link.
When Do You Qualify For Refunds?
When you file a complaint to Cyber Curate Tech, we first try to provide an ideal solution to the issue you are facing. Your case is first introduced to the technical team and then reported further to the experts’ panel. Refund is only made in the extreme circumstances, when nothing good can be done to solve the issue.
While planning for refunds we check for soundness and validity of the case, applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, refund may apply*:

Website or Mobile App Projects: Refunds are only applicable within 3 calendar days of the project start date. After this window, no refund claims will be entertained.

Zero Refund Assets: No refunds or refund claims are permitted and applicable for Assets (Hardware or Software), Hardware Products, Software Products, or the PowerXS, Skill Tomorrow or PlusEnterpro SaaS platforms licenses or projects regardless of any claim made.

No refund claims shall be entertained for any services or products with a contract value of less than 2 Lacs INR. This is due to the fact that for projects of this scale, operational resources, technical manpower, and infrastructure are allocated immediately upon commencement and are non-recoverable, rendering a refund commercially unfeasible.

Development/Post-sales operations has not yet started (outside of the specific exclusions mentioned above).

The issues with the project are beyond the scope of rectification/resolution/fixing.

You have not violated our payment terms.

You have not used any information for monetary/business benefits (gained during the course of association).

The reasons you made are valid/rational/realistic enough to qualify for refund trial.

You have presented all the proofs and evidences surfacing your refund claim.

The claim does not arise from any billing dispute coming from your bank or payment vendor.
- You have not used any defamatory, derogatory, abusive or coercive language or actions towards staff, team members, organization or brand.
Important Note: If any of the points mentioned above is found violated, your claim will be considered void. The decision on refunds is final and irrevocable.
How The Refund Takes Place?
1. Pre-Refund

Refund query is processed, analyzed and checked for veracity.

Match the query with the agreeable parameters and valid reference points.

Arrange for refunds in permissible situations and settle fully or partly, as the case may be.
2. Post-Refund

Sign a proof agreement (NOC) to ascertain that Cyber Curate Tech has no further obligation to the Client or the said project.

Unless you have been told otherwise, the Client shall return or certify the destruction of all Proprietary Information, Source Code, and Confidential Trade Secrets provided by Cyber Curate Tech during the engagement.
3. Transaction
The refund may take 30-90 business days* to process, after the refund is initiated.

You will be refunded in the currency you were charged in. If this is not your native currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may have resulted in a difference in the amount refunded compared to the amount you originally paid. It is solely your responsibility to bear any such fees or losses.
Cancellation Policy
CYBER CURATE TECH believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the request may not be entertained if CYBER CURATE TECH has initiated the process of project delivery as per quotation or if 3 days have passed from the order or any part payment made in subject to the order..

CYBER CURATE TECH strictly does not accept refund or cancellation requests for Hardware Products, Software Products, Assets, or SaaS (PowerXS, Skill Tomorrow and PlusEnterpro).

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 7 Days of receipt. The request will be entertained once CYBER CURATE TECH has checked and determined the defect at its own end.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue to our team at support@cybercurate.com.

For any approved refunds, it will take 16-90 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Binding Nature and Deemed Acceptance
This Refund Policy constitutes a binding legal agreement between Cyber Curate Tech and any entity (the “Client”) engaging our services. By issuing a Purchase Order, making a part/full payment, or authorizing the commencement of work, the Client is deemed to have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these terms in their entirety. This policy governs all business engagements of Cyber Curate Tech, superseding any prior verbal or written communications, regardless of whether the Client has explicitly reviewed this document on the website or via other channels.
Changes
