At Cyber Curate Tech, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your TaskCurate account and all associated data, you may do so using either of the methods below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Delete Directly Within the App (Instant)

This is the fastest way to delete your data.

1. Open the TaskCurate app on your device.

2. Navigate to the Settings or Profile tab.

3. Tap on Account.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Confirm your choice. Note: This action is irreversible.

Option 2: Request via Email (Manual)

If you cannot access the app or have uninstalled it, you may request deletion via email.

1. Send an email to: support@cybercurate.tech

2. Subject Line: “Request for Account Deletion – [Your Phone Number or Email]”

3. Body: Please include the phone number or email address you used to register.

   • We may request additional verification to prove ownership of the account before processing manual deletions.

What Happens to Your Data?

When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently deleted from our active servers:

Data Retention (Exceptions)

We may retain specific data for a limited period solely for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Security Logs: Technical logs (IP address, login timestamps) may be retained for up to 90 days to prevent fraud and ensure system security. These are not linked to your personal profile after deletion.

• Legal Compliance: If required by law enforcement or tax regulation, we may retain transaction records (if applicable) for the mandatory legal period.

Timeline

• In-App Requests: Processed immediately.

• Email Requests: Processed within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
